442 4 spoke Steering Wheel

Does anyone know how to remove the center cap from a 442 4 spoke steering wheel?

Gently pry off the horn button, you may be able to do this with your fingers. Under that you'll see three phillips screws to remove the horn ring, and under that six screws to remove the sport wheel. After that's off remove the large nut on the steering shaft and use a wheel puller to remove the hub. Oh yeah, you might want to remove the positive battery cable first, to keep the neighbors happy John

That's it. I would only add that as you remove the horn contact ring, be careful to catch the small eyelet, spring, and plastic retainer in the top of the plastic post that sticks up through the steering wheel hub. The retainer has a small nib that locks in place with a quarter turn but it often works free so that once the horn ring is removed, the spring launches itself across the garage.
