Blown IP-1 fuse

Had a problem with my dash cluster-went dead as well as the heater control and a couple other things...went through the CSM and tried to narrow down the problem...that fuse controls seven ccts...I started with the easiest module to get at and it was the 'Remote Function Actuator Module'...this problem had persisted for about seven weeks and finally I had to do something as it is almost time for heat and DEFROST season...I unplugged the harness and my short cct went away...yahooo.....

So now you just need to get a Remote Function Actuator Module... Sounds like for the door locks and such. Not sure how it is wired, but could one of the lock actuators short and cause this?

The doors lock and unlock properly...there is an internal short within the RFA module...I plugged in another RFA module and there is no short but it won't work with my remote cuz it's a different freq...
