Replacing pillar trim 95-99

Replacing pillar trim 95-99
The trim between the doors are broken at the tabs. I know of a few in a boneyard nearby. Assuming they are not broken on those cars as well, any tips on how to remove them from the 3 clips holding them in place from the body? Thanks
