That’s a broadcast card, not a build sheet.

From the cowl tag.

ST 72 = 1972 model year
3 = Oldsmobile
42 = Cutlass Supreme
67 = convertible
LAN = Lansing assembly plant

TR 970 = black vinyl interior
PNT 65 = flame orange poly lower body color
PNT B = black convertible top

10D = assembly date = 4th week (D) of October (10), in 1971

A51 = bucket seats

I was curious about the orange color on my 72’ wasn’t sure if it was original to the car or not

This is the money shot. Since the 442 package was demoted to an option for the 1972 model year, it can be difficult to prove a 1972 car is a real 442. The W29 on your broadcast card proves it. Congrats. Also the A46 code designates the four way power driver side bucket seat option. A02 is tinted windshield.

Also, the car being a '72, the letter code in the 5th position on the VIN will tell you which engine it was born with.
