I have just put in my new master cylinder for my 1967 Cutlass Holiday, its got a 330 V8 Jetfire, the master cylinder is not faulty but according to my other mechanic that works for me, the end of the break line is seized where it conects to the???, and its hard to get off, so because of this i only have front brakes, any suggestions to getting the air out!

You should have bled the master cylinder first, then all the wheel cylinders starting with the closest to the master (usually driver front) and ending with the farthest (usually the passenger rear). If you don't know or have never done it you would be better off having someone teach you as usually it can't be done without two people anyway except with special tools or by an accomplished mechanic.

if you mean to the wheel cylinders.... then no you might try some wd-30 or some liquid wrench on it but more than likely will snap the bleeder valve off best thing to do is find some new wheel cylinders and install them

Oh man, I gotta apologize. I really mis-read your problem! Yeah if you are having trouble with removing the bleeder then you would be better off replacing the wheel cylinder, they shouldn't be that much or difficult to find. Try Fusick, they might have what you need. Again, sorry.
