brake booster

Has anyone replaced the brake booster on a 1966 Olds cutlass without disconnecting the brake master cylinder.? And if you have, how did you get access to the two firewall bolts on the drivers side without removing the windshield wiper motor.

Yes, I've done it on a 67, just separate it from the booster and move it forward a bit. Getting to the nuts on the firewall I used a short combination wrench.

Thanks for the tip. I was able to get the nuts off the booster with short wrenches and quite a bit of patience.
