removing lower control arms on toronado

So I have a 77 toronado that is a parts car. I want to remove usable parts before it hits the crusher.

I have removed the disc brake system off of a 68 toro by knocking the ball joints off before.

But how do you remove the lower a-arm when it has this long torsion bar on it? How do you take the torsion bar off??

What is the best method to remove the disc brakes, etc?

Thanks

Tim
