Wow, looks very nice. Since I grew up there, all I can say is that I'm VERY suspicious of cars from the rust belt. Check very carefully for repairs. I know it says it's from AZ, but that's not where it is now. I will say that the asking price is about half of what I'll have into my 67 Delta to get it to that condition.

That car looks like someone died, their inlaws inherited, and the guy tried to make a muscle car of it, probably enjoyed it for a while, now has upgraded to something else / had priorities changed by himself/wife. Hence the stock appearance but bling blinged engine. I'd de-bling the engine, and drive it to work on nice days.
