Found and purchased the most incredible survivor car with all original paint, original interior in fantastic shape, original motor, trans, carb, distributor, rear end, heads, intake, window sticker, bill of sale, build sheet, and all owner history. Completely rust free and untouched. 70k miles. Runs and drives as new. Was in storage from 1983-2013. Best survivor '69 HO I've ever seen. It was only an hour from my home.

original owner found and contacted.

Just located and contacted the original owner!! He was ecstatic that the car is in its original condition. First thing he asked was if the scratch is still on the passenger door. I told him it was. He couldn't believe it. He said a huge storm rolled in and tore the roof off his barn, a board with a nail flew into the car scratching it. It's the only damage the car ever had. He and his wife bought it just after they were married. She was screaming in the back ground with excitement knowing that the car is only two hours away from them. We are going to get together with the car and video tape our gathering while they document its history. So cool!

Priceless! The car, the original owners as well as the new owner have an invitation to MCACN, so we can all see it!

Thanks Bryan,
It was a real pleasure dealing with you and your wife. The car is exactly how you represented it and that is a nice thing especially in these days. Thanks for keeping the car in its original condition too, many guys would have messed it up trying to improve it or over preserving it.

Indeed, we would love to have you join us with this awesome automobile for our special "Class of '69" Anniversary display at the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals in Rosemont, IL!

bashton426@gmail.com for information on how to lock things up. I am sure there are a whole lot of people that would love to see this one at MCACN, November 22-23.

Thanks and congrats.
