Someone who knows about 3D printing

Can someone who knows 3D printing take a look at this link above and tell me exactly what it is for?
Do I send $10 somewhere and they send me these parts that are able to be copied? Is it a program that loads into the printer and it prints it out without looking at anything? I saw a translate button but now it's gone. I don't read German.
I have a car just like this, and wouldn't it be cool to have a little model of it. Not a popular car outside the Plymouth circles so it surprises me it's available. Maybe not for much longer since it's 1/2 off.
Thanks everyone.

That site will sell you 3D .STL model files that can be used to slice into .gcode file to feed a 3D printer. Each file is for a different part of the overall assembly, but that allows printing in different colors.
The basic process is: .STL File >> Slicer Program (Cura is free and popular) >> .gcode File >> uSD card >> 3D Printer
The printer reads the .gcode file from a SD card so that it has uninterrupted access to the file contents (some printers also have WiFi capability, but its not 100% reliable).
I've been dabbling in 3D printing since receiving an Ender 3 Pro for father's day last year.
