Is this the right 3.08 gear for a 8.5 Corp 10 bolt rear end, I dont see the spline info? Amazon.ca says it dont fit but on Amazon.com
says it fits?? and why is the 3.08 gear way more money that the higher gears lol

Is this 1 just as good, less money

First, do not assume Amazon (or RockAuto, or even Summit or Jegs) has correct application data. Go to manufacturer websites, get THEIR application data, and then search by part number. And unfortunately, sometimes even manufacturer catalogs are wrong, which is why you come here for ground truth.

The rear axle is the same in all Cutlii that year. The body style is irrelevant. If it fits a 442, it fits your car.
