control arms
MAn that is gonna make some noise when it does limit...lol.
IS it supose to hit the frame? cause that is right in front of where the rubber bumper goes for frame bottom out. I do not know what that deal is.
It is either old school or New brain fart.... lol

I have never noticed any issues with anything binding or thumping.....should I leave them or cut them off? I am pulling the rear anyways, so cutting them and cleaning will not be an issue..

rubbing
Looks like it is rubbing the brake line too between the frame and those triangles?? I do not think the control arms stand a chance if a lot of force was applied down on them as they would buckle if not boxed etc. ???

Those arms don't looked boxed, are they? Either way,get those outta there. If they are boxed, maybe you can trim those extensions off & reuse,as long as they aren't damaged. If they are not boxed, just remove them, and put the correct ones in there.

What does the rear sway bar do, help body roll?
#11
The car originally came with boxed lower control arms & a sway bar.Yes,the sway bar helps reduce body roll, and it also helps keep the car level, side to side, when launching, but back then, people were thinking a little different.
