'75 Pulse Wiper Question

I've managed to source both a switch and wiper motor with "delay / pulse" functionality and have a "hopefully" simple question in regards to wiring it in, specifically about the three pin connector with orange, white and green wires that drops off of the switch...

Is this supposed to plug into another module (A timer?) or do I just need to connect these wires to existing points in the car? (E.g. one to power, another to the wiper motor, etc.) The wiring diagrams I've found online haven't been all too clear on what this additional connector is supposed to connect the switch to.

You'll find this in the 1975 Fisher Body Manual. You may have to go to the 76.

I do not have a Fisher Body Manual. I was hoping someone on here could shed some light on what the connector is for as opposed to trying to find a manual, buying it and waiting a week for it to arrive in order to answer a question.
