Turn signal, 4 ways question

OK here's the deal.

Not that it's a big problem, but I would like to know if it's an easy fix.

My turn signals work fine, but when I put on the 4 way flashers they blink really fast and dim. You can barley see them flashing.

I was just wondering if the guy before me put the wrong flasher in

It's certainly possible. The 4-ways and the turn signals use different flashers.

That reminds me... where in the hell is the signal flasher? mine just went out yesterday, and with a quick glance, I only saw one silver flasher can on the fuse panel. (85 delta)
I'll bet 5 bucks it's the one that's still ok.
I'll find it I'm sure, but it's best to know ahead of time when it's 25 degrees.

Yes it is quite possible to have two flashers.

Two flashers

One on the fuse panel I know there is one under the dash, becuase it fell down a little bit. I tucked it back up, but I tie it up with a zip tie.

If there are 2 which one's which?
