1967 cutlass 330

Looking to upgrade my carb. Currently has a 2 barrel Rochester. Was looking at some four barrel 750 cfm edelbrocks. I know I'll need a new intake manifold also but wondering what would be a decent combo? And what to get? Car is completely stock as is. I plan on spending 300 on carb with manual choke. No clue how much for intake manifold. Then about 100 on. good air filter. Help and suggestions would be nice. Thank you!

The 330 does not need a 750cfm carb. A 650 will be more than fine.

An Edelbrock performer and a Rochester or an Edelbrock 650 CFM would be fine. Air cleaner of your choice.

A 750 is waaay overkill for a stock 330. If you MUST get an Ebrock carb (I'd personally use a Qjet), get a 600. I'd suggest the electric choke as well. Used Performer 350 manifolds can be had for well under $100 if you watch Craigslist. Alternately, you can get an aluminum A4 intake off a 307 for $25. Won't flow as well as the Performer but it's better than the 2BBL.
