1972 Cutlass rear window trim

1972 Cutlass rear window trim

Anyone have info on how to safely remove rear widow trim. Step by step or video would help alot.

They make a hook type tool, just for removing the trim. Lot of car parts store, should have it. You slip it under the trim, and release the clips that that hold it. I put duct tape, on the bottom of the tool. as you can scratch the window.

Well first, y'all gotta find a widow that needs her trim removed...
Also on the rear window trim, don't forget that the bottom stainless has screws with nylon bushings that need to come out.

Eh? Not on the 72 Supreme - it's just clips. The vinyl trim is a different story, of course.
