Back from the middle of no where car show
We shined and lipsticked up the old Mistress and put her on the road again for about a 600 mile road trip in the most brutal heat I've driven in in years, she did fine, my wife and I melted down at about one o'clock.
Here are a few pictures of our run and the show at Klamath Falls Or.This turned out to be quite a large show and fun even though the temp was trying to bumping the 100 degree mark in the middle of the day, they parked us on the plains of Abraham and popups were a necessary as shade was nonexistent . The first shots were of Lassen over the hood of the Olds on inter state 5 at about 70 mph, still lots of snow but doubtful it will last in this heat.
There was about anything you wanted to see from the horseless carriage to some wild rat rods.

The last of the bunch.
There cruse tuned in to a traffic jam and a lot of the hot rods and muscle cars having heating problems as we seldom got over 15 mph.Too many cars for the distance given to move around. Tedd
PS. I only saw three other Oldsmobile's, could have been more as I still don't get around like I use to.
