darn weather
Winter prep was moving along at a good pace for me. Having a couple of 60 degree days in the past couple of weeks thinking I have more time and usually I do. Of course working 6 days a week! I buttoned up the Alero last weekend on my day off along with leaves. I had this weekend off so playing the leaf game and got the Cutlass fired up and went to give it a nice top to bottom wash, of course we have had a few mornings with mid 20's so the car wash salted anything that got wet! So I had to creep the car out of the wash and lot that has an up hill that goes out on a 55 mph road so taking it easy is little hard to do! Topped off the tank and headed home and off course white death slathered right behind all wheels.
Hand washed and dried those areas. And then finished cleaning the mower along with few prep or maintenance projects and swapped the mower for the snowblower in the big shed and grabbed the snow shovels.(Winter prep is done) And tomorrows weather is 2 to 5 inches!

Yep... seems early this year. I got most my stuff done but still need to clean leaves out of eaves trough. I hope it warms up again before we are into winter for good. How you been, Pat?

Hi Greg,
Things are well. Chris is in the Army now. The wife as usual is suffering from the aging process. Same here but not at her level! I had the 50 year old look/see and got a clean bill health from the procedure. Working a lot hours with the harvest still going slowly, do to the crap weather all year here, super late planting so the farmers still have almost all of the corn and probably 1/3 of the soy beans left in the fields. And now it's snowing!
I hope things are well up in the Harrison area? You should have one less week of good weather being further north than you were.

Im in the lower thumb area of Michigan, we've already got 6 inches and its still coming down, but not as bad as it is north of us. Not like a blizzard, just constant snow for the last 18+ hours. Way too early for this .

Don't expect normal weather from here on out at all again, as seen in your lifetimes. The warming cycle from the last mini ice age is over, and we are seeing the beginnings of a new one. And that means famine, disease, and volcanoes and earthquakes increasing, if the last one starting about 1300 is any indication.
