Good day for car sales
I sold 2 today. My 442 was picked up after being on the market for 2 days and my wifes 2006 Mustang GT convertible sold a few hours after being on craigslist. No room for twins and a 5yo. It's minivan time for mama

I too hope your 442 was local buyer, for both parties sake! I had a '08 Silverado Ext Cab that I had to trade for '10 G. Caravan. It really benefits for my business, my wife and two kids, ages 19 & 10. They still love as I do, my '68 CS mucho better! I am with ya as far as power you two will miss from 442 and GT 'Stang. Be cool if one could install a LS7 into a minivan.

The 66 Cutlass in my avatar was finished almost 2 years ago. I am not wealthy so if I want to build another I have to sell then last one. As much as I liked owning that car I enjoy the thinking out , collecting parts, and building a car more. This time instead of the money going to the next car the money from the 66 Cutlass and little bit I made on the 66 442 is going to a new 42' x 50' building to build my next projects and have room to do a little side work too.

They got here and she loved the car but there was something that seemed a little off about him. When I shook his hand with my right he put out his left. I thought it was a little strange but I just figured it was something kids do today that I had not seen yet. I then noticed he was having a hard time with the gear shift but I still did not think muck of it.
So we are test driving it and I get to talking about the Ft Hood shootings. The kid then pulls his shirt back over his shoulder and shows me recent scars. It turns out he was shot 3 times and survived.

Congratulations on the sale, Richard! I hated to see the red one go; fantastic build. I see the new 42' X 50' building rapidly becoming a full time restoration/modification shop that will turn outstanding Oldsmobile's (and others) to the street, built underneath like no others. Congratulations, again. Had I the money, who knows....................

It was kind of a weird fate the way it happened. The girl that bought was from Kileen. She only wanted the color we had and she was looking on craigslist but she thought she was looking at the Austin site but accidently was on Dallas site. She call mine and called thinking I was only a short distance away. When she found out the rest of the info about the car it was exactly what she was looking and she called her husband at the base. He took off and they headed up here.
