I've got a Holley 4BBL model 4150 650 CFM sitting on my newly rebuilt original 1969 Oldsmobile Rocket 350. Are there any good videos out there that can show me how to tune it? I'd rather learn to do it myself than pay someone.

Well, first thing I'd do is run a spreadbore carb on a spreadbore intake. Assuming it's the stock intake.

If you have a wideband O2 sensor and a vacuum gauge you can dial in that Holley. As mentioned above, you need to ensure that you're using an aftermarket squarebore intake manifold and not an adapter.
