Junkyard finds....

well was at the junk yard an I came across a 1982 delat 88 with a v6,I was shocked! An then I took a gander in the trunk an I found a jack.For the year an shape I could not let it sit there an longer ! little things like this make me happy + I got it for free,good thing they know me by name at the yard

Wow, that looks cherry. And out of a V6 you say? I didn't know they put V6s into 82 Deltas. I thought they were all 307s. Anyway, that doesn't matter.

Up here the mostly take the jacks out of the cars before they go out in the yard. Then you have to ask to look at their jack collection if there's one you want. Anyway, the reason they do that is cause they put all the cars up off the ground and they don't want anyone hurt trying to lift or reposition the car. Nice score! How much?

well the yard I go to does not lift the car,they really don't care.An the delta with the v6 I've read about but never seen till I went to the yard,I want to buy the car because it in great shape but will see how that goes.An as for the price....free ,I,ve been going there since I had my own car.

GM also used the V6 in '80-'83 in the full size rear wheel drive Cadillac DeVille series.
