Alright all you Vancouver BC & area car buffs the Ladner car show is on Sunday.


I am leaving Calgary tomorrow morning & heading to the coast for some R&R. I will be taking in this show in Ladner although I do not have a classic car on the coast to show. Last time I was at this show was in 2010 & there were only perhaps 5-6 Oldsmobiles in attendance. Come on you Olds guys....come show your car.

If you are looking for a place for a pint & lunch Sharkey's Pub has the best fish & chips in the area & many craft beers to quench that thirst.

Wish I had known earlier. I just enter for the Coquitlam Show and Shine on Shaunessy Street.
Now this is new to me. Cash prize draws every hour for participants. That should keep me around until the end.

PORT Coquitlam, Mike! That show is literally 5 minutes from my house. BUT - it's unlikely I will be able to attend either. Sorry Dave! I'm off to Europe for three weeks on the Monday and will likely have to be at the shop all weekend. Oh and perhaps take 5 mins to pack something? The freedom of working for yourself... (heavy sigh...)
