No Build sheet but found a paper in seat

Looking for build sheet and found this paper in the springs of the passenger side back rest.

The Body plate marking are:

06C C08 U75
ST 68 34477 BL 286 Body
TR 947 B90 E6 Paint

Any idea of what it was used for?

My friend found one in his 68 SS396 Chevelle. His had 2 cars on his piece. it seems that yours was torn off at the right time. I forgot the name of the paper work but his was hand written also and had an El Camino, and his 68 Chevelle.

There is a D15 code in '69 for deluxe arm rest, front and rear. Maybe they started using the code mid-year or something? Does your car have deluxe armrests?

The other code I would guess is D55 for sports console? Five is the only numeral that is partially written like that and the M21 denotes what type console?

Thanks Bluevista.

Do you know what the 46 at the top was?

What makes it a deluxe armrests? Is it the CHROME PLASTIC ARM REST BASES?

M21 is the close ratio 4-speed. I think your D55 is the best guess.
Interesting that they were hand written.
I can only guess they are a group of codes related to the interior combination required for a particular build, things not on the firewall data plate. Could be by an inspector or I'd say more likely a worker.
