Smile Protect-O-Plate question

does any decode my protect-o-plate where can I go to decode mine?

The first three lines are the original owners name and address, city etc.

Next is...
18 is a zone number this is a southern zone and a large one covering several states. My best guess would be in or around the Atlanta area.
128 is dealer number, I don't know the dealer name or location

I can't recall what 1 15 is.....might be build date but don't take my word for it.
2-24-70 date of purchase by owner

33687 body style
0 is 1970
M for Lansing MI build plant
261592 is car serial number and should match the VIN also found on the engine block and transmission

These cards were used in conjunction with any warranty work done to vehicle.
