no 3 row is 1 stamped piece 4 row has fingers welded on that hold the tanks

2 row and 3 row radiators use the same end tanks and thus the same top plates. 4 row radiators use wider tanks to fit the thicker core and thus need both a different top plate and different lower mount brackets on the core support. These brackets are now available as repros.
