Mine was right above the blue GM decal which was right above the latch on the driver's door.
Cheers, Mike

Welcome aboard. The tire sticker detail is in the 1970 Cutlass Assembly manual. If you need a pic showing where - here you go.

Be warned that before a certain date (I don't know exactly when) the 1970 442/Cutlass door design changed. Prior to that time the tire pressure sticker was of a different design and oriented vertically. I don't think anyone reproduces this earlier version.

I believe Marc Cornea (Dr. Decal) does reproduce that. Have a look:

Allan;
If ur car is a Canadian import, would u know or have a pic of where the round Transport Canada sticker goes on the driver side door?
Maybe between the tire pressure & blue GM sticker?
Thanks
Derek

Derek,
My car is indeed imported for Canada and was sold at Golden Mile Chev Olds in Ontario. I'm not 100% sure of where that Transport Canada sticker goes, but I put it on my car in this location:

NOTE: My car is 1972 so tire pressure sticker is in the glove box

I haven't checked out the Dr. Decal website lately, and I don't know what application he's selling that sticker for, but it's not the same as the one I posted. For starters, the one I posted lists 24 psi for both front and rear. There's other differences, too. I'd have to look at my own car to verify (not nearby right now).

I see this is an old thread, but does anyone know when the ribs were added for the VIN ID sticker and the tire pressure decal change from vertical to horizontal. My car a 442 vert was built in 10-69.

The ribs started very early in the 70 model year. I do not have a date but the ones without the ribs could not have been made more than a month or two at most. The first style decal was installed on the ribbed style door also but at some point closer to half year the decal changed.

I have pictures on my home computer of another 10 69 442. I will look and see what it was. I know the decal was the vertical one.
