Bucket seat brackets 70 442

Hi guys, I need some help. I have a 70 442 w30 that came with blue bench cloth seats and a four speed. When I bought the car it came with blue vinyl buckets and a console. Nothing was mounted right. The drivers seat is powered. The sears were just bolted thru the floor pan. And the console was missing the rear bracket and they mickeyed it too. I bought new console brackets from the parts place and new bucket brackets too. Even bought the expensive special power seat brackets for the drivers side. I would love to see pictures of people's floor pans and instructions. I have an olds shop manual and an assembly manual but no body by fisher manual. I know the factory just tack welded them in, but could use some advice. Thanks

I've got some pictures but can't come up with them at the moment. Here's a couple threads discussing it. If you have time play with the search function, this is a swap that many of us have made.

I might have something, I know there was a thread with this info too but as you know search never works until after you need those results.

I know this topic has come up before and believe there are some good pictures with measurements posted. But here's a few photos that I've taken in the past. The first are of a 1971 Cutlass Supreme floorpan which should be the same as your 1970.

Then here's some closeups from a 1968 floorpan, and idea what the factory spotwelds look like but it may be a slightly different floorpan than your 1970
