Correct 4GC Carb?

I have a 1962 Cutlass F-85 deluxe convertible, 185 HP 10:25 compression. I found a carburetor that I think will work - Rochester 4GC 7022752. Anyone know if this is the correct carb for the car? I don't want to shell out the bucks for the wrong item if I can help it. -Thx

If the bolt pattern is the same, it'll work, but the jetting may be different for another application!

Thank you both for the response. It looks like it will be a correct model.
