69-72 bucket seat headrest installation ??????

I Have a set of 69-72 buckets for my cutlass the person i got them from had them re covered without the headrests when i took the old seat covers off i found that the top of the seat frame had the holes in the frame for headrest but on two of the headrest holes were plastic parts that were screwed into the frame. It looks like the headrests go in the lock assembly then into these plastic assemblies which would be underneath the cover. My problem is i only have two of these and the other two are missing. I would like to know what they are called and where i can find them or have them fabricated? I am in Ferndale Mi.

Headrests

There should have been parts in the seat back for the headrest rods to go down into. Then the locks for adjusting the headrests should have been attached to the top of the seat, on the outside of the seat cover. I believe Year One make reproduction adjustment locks if that's what your needing. John

What do the lock assemblies screw into? Do they screw directly into the top of the frame? Do they screw directly into the metal? or like i said when i took off the old covers there were some plastic sleeves over the frame or was that something the guy did? If there is a part under the seat cover attached to the seat back frame where the lock assemblies screw into, I need the name or where that part is purchased or reproduced.

Headrest Mounting Parts for a Bucket Seat

OK, I took a set of core bucket seats and took a series of photos of what's under the headrest. I cut the vinyl and it exposed something similar to what Allen posted, except the ones on ebay are probably for a bench seat with the flat metal slider rather than the two rods like the buckets have. The screws that go through the plastic and I believe eventually thread into the metal frame are long, and I took a picture of one almost unscrewed. I would hope your seats have this plastic piece but you'll still need to come up with the screws and the release that attaches on top of the cover. I'm sure I've seen these reproduction, but not sure where. Check out the following photos:
