70 cutlass post rear interior panels

I have a 70 cutlass post car , was curious is there a difference in the rear interior panels for my car vs a non post, cutlass supreme etc. If so what are the differences?

I have a 70 post Cutlass, I don't think there is a difference except for the additional plastic trim that covers the post.

The post coupe panels have a fairly sizeable area that's cut out to clear the post (top/forward corners)....possibly, this could be done to a non-post panel to make it work.

Post cars have different rear armrest setups...they have "standalone" armrests similar to the door armrests. Also, some post cars have a chromed plastic baseplate under each rear armrest (similar setup to the fronts). So, there may be different holes in the non-post panels vs. the post panels. Again, maybe something that gets covered up anyway but not 100% sure.
