Headliner insulation

An easy question for anyone who has removed the headliner in a 70 cutlass. What kind of insulation did you find...a relatively thin jute type, or something else. [I wasn't the one who removed mine]

Legendary sells it, and I have also seen it on ebay from other vendors. I glued some generic water heater/like insullation over the existing stuff on my '72. The stuff there was pretty thin.
