New Carpet

While doing the seats figured might as well replace the carpet while i am at it. After looking underneath I found as proably a lot of people have that all the insulation and sound deadning was shot. An old car gets a different smell and hope by cleaning all this with new the car will smell better and not so musty? I am running headers so does anybody have any sugeastions on insulation?

thanks
Tim

yep, I used Dynamat as well evenhough my car probably didn't have much being a W30. although its a convertible it will still minimize some noise but will stop vibration and heat from coming in too.
