1940 Olds Model 70

A few years ago I picked up a running Model 70 off craigslist that was very nearly complete. It lacks a radio, glove box, spare tire & jack. But it ran just fine. I parked it and (very) slowly began working on it. First I cleaned off the undercarriage to get a look at all the suspension, which seemed in good working order. Then I replaced all brakes & brake cylinders. The master had already been replaced, along with carb and fuel pump, and the interior upholstery was done (other than the headliner). As it sat in the garage, I noticed a slow seep from the gas tank, which I am looking to replace. Other than that, it needs body attention to remove old bondo and a very minimal amount of rust (seems it spent most of its life in Colorado or other area of the west that doesn't generate rust much). I'll get some pictures posted before long.

Can't wait to see it. That is quite an undertaking. Hard to believe it's 84 years old. Best Wishes
