Greetings from Holland
Hi Everyone!
Just signed up here. I'm Hans from The Netherlands, 23 years old, and crazy about classic American cars.
I have to admit that I'm very Buick-minded, but I've always been kinda partial to Oldsmobiles aswel. Specially since I got me a car with an Oldsmobile powerplant a few months ago.
I have a 1979 Buick Estate Wagon with the Olds 403
Other than that I own a 1974 Monte Carlo (was my first car, turned into a big time project, kinda on the backburner for a while already). And a 1975 Buick Century GS (fine car, just that little V6 bothers me, already rebuilding a mild-street Buick 350 for it, but I might drop in a Buick 455 anytime soon).
The main reason I signed up here is the Olds motor in my Wagon. It performed well the last couple of months. But had some bad luck with it recently. Nothing major, but I decided to fix things right and give it a bit more power while I'm at it. I will post something in the small block section with my plans and questions. I hope to find lots of Olds info on here!
Recently I kinda fell in love with a 1956 Holiday Coupe. Unfortunatly I don't have the money or space for it now. I might consider selling the Century. I'd love to own a 50's car! It's this car, it's not that far away from me:

Would love to finish that project! But we'll see how things turn out.

Hi Hans,
Welcome, Buick's, Olds, Ford, HD, if it makes you happy more power to you.
Like a lot of the guys here I have more than one car, and I must say I'm very happy.
The people here are very good, enjoy.
