New Cutlass owner

Hi everyone, I'm a life-long 60's & 70's car guy. I recently sold my '69 Camaro SS and STEPPED UP to a 1972 Cutlass Supreme Convertible. It's Antique Pewter Metallic, black top, black interior. U code 455 with a TH400 tranny. only 58k rounds on the odometer. It had 1 repaint almost 20 years ago of the same color, otherwise it appears to be extremely original!

Very excited to have a new toy in my shop to keep me busy with projects over the next few cold Minnesota months, and I'm looking forward to utilizing all the knowledge and resources here on the forum!

And i really mean it! I had my Camaro for 20 years and it went from being cool to just another first gen Camaro.......... same deal with the Chevelles these days. You pay a premium for what everyone else has. I've always liked the body lines of the Cutlass more than the Chevelles, and they are just simply cooler.

Well said Jeff. I get tired of seeing Camaro's, Chevelle's, Corvette's, and Mustang's on the car autions on tv and car shows. I've always opted for something different. No doubt they are like money in the bank, but theres tons of them. Give me an Olds or Pontiac any day.
Welcome to the site. Sweet car! Plenty of room to haul ice, beer, and walleye in that 72' Cutlass trunk.
