New to you, New to me

Howdy, New here and hoping to get some of yalls advice/tips tricks for a 1969 cutlass I've had since I was 15 ys old.
done a few things here and there my dad actually had the motor rebuilt at some speed shop in spring branch houston tx. It was some time ago and we can find the build sheet and niether of us know exactly what was done to it.
I picked up outta storage a year and some change ago and started ****** with it here and there

here's what I do know
455 bb
New crankshaft,
New rockers/lifters
qjet that came off an 80s Buick so I'm thinking 700 800cfm
hooked headers
B&m star shift (will replace with a dual gate if I can find one)
the rest is wore down stock **** that's gotta go.

Thanks, yeah I'm maybe wanting to do more of a touring build but we'll see. I'm gonna rip all the trim off and the emblems since it's not a 442 n all. Definitely have to replace all my wiring and radiator lol
maybe a ford 9in rear
Might have to get slimmer wheels since back ones dont clear.
Rn im looking for advice on a good cost effective suspension upgrade.

Dual gate

That looks like a lot of fun. In high school my friend ended up with a ‘69 or ‘70 GTO that had a dual gate, I was mesmerized by it. I hope you find one:-)

Welcome to Classic Oldsmobile. Cool project car for sure. Did your Dad put those red fender wells in? If those are original they may help pay for your upgrades. If you wanted to part with them.

The cowl plate will tell you where the car was built. If the car was built in Lansing, it might be a W30. Keep an eye out for build sheets and broadcast cards
