Engine stalling

I put a rebuilt 327 and rebuilt turbo 350 in my 85 Cutlass and it idles fine but when put into gear my engine stalls my timing is correct I rebuilt the carburator ,bought a new distributor because top was cracked, I don't have everything ,temp sensor oil sensor hooked up, why does my car stall

327? What distributor did you buy? What carburetor is no it? What is your timing set to?

327sbc ,Accel gm hei performance,,Carter afb competition series 4 barrel ,10 degrees before tdc

Set your timing to 16*, set your idle speed to 750.

Timing is reset but low or hi rpm it still dies

What about your carb a/f mixture screws, did you adjust them? Is the 327 stock?

They are at 2 1/2 turns each and I believe it's stock not sure ,what's the difference?

You need to set them with a vacuum gauge for the highest vacuum.

Cool I'll buy a guauge tomorrow after doing that's what would be my next steps

I'll have to see tomorrow but I went out and adjusted my carburator a hair to see if I can get any results and I did get the car to not stall a little I'm pretty sure that's probably what it is I'm going to buy a vacuum gauge and fine tune it tomorrow ,I'm just looking to get the most vaccum correct? How should I go about starting that, do I adjust from where I'm at or start from scratch
