85 Custom Cutlass/El Camino
Hey all, I'm the proud new owner of SatanicMechanic's Camino Supreme. For those who don't know what that is, picture an 85 Olds Cutlass and an GMC Caballero had a baby. Just a couple of rides in and I'm hooked. Engine, drivetrain and rear box are from the Caballero, Front end and interior are from the Cutlass.
Fire away questions, I'll answer what I can.

Understandably proud. The builder went to the initiative to install the correct interior. Tastefully done, although not fully blown, enough to enjoy yourself and make a game plan to make it your own. Thank you for sharing, I’d roll in it with a smile on my face!😃. Perhaps more so with an 8.5” anti-spin rear and a proper Olds power plant, but those dreams cost time and $…. Enjoy it for all it’s worth!!

The steering wheel appears to be Chev with an Olds center horn cap. Personally, would have gone with a Cutlass wheel to keep the interior all Cutlass. But yes, overall a very nice job.

The Cabellero is just an ElCo with a GMC VIN instead of a Chevy VIN. In prior years the GMC version was called the Sprint. The problem with all of these G-body ElCo conversions is that no one ever takes the time to fix the rear wheel openings to match the front. The Cutlass fender contours are different from those on a Chevy. I guess that's just too much metal work.
