I removed this luggage rack from my '70 flattop fifteen years ago. I don't think I will be putting it back on. One of the cross tubes is missing, I will assume it was damaged and I disposed of it on removal. I am not listing this as complete, but there are a lot of good parts left from this roof rack if yours is damaged or pitted. I would think it would be worth $20 to a fella (or gal) trying to make improvements or repairs. Buyer would be responsible for shipping charges, or you can pick it up at my house if it is mutually convenient. It is not very heavy but would require a rather large box to ship, so bare that in mind if you need it shipped. Thanks for your interest.

I maybe wrong but I think the roof racks for vistas and flat tops are different. I think the roof top area on a vista over the windows is narrower than the flat top.
