I may be buying the car for its interior, is there any interest in parts from this car, it has a half taken apart 350 in it(from what I am told)

If you're buying that for its interior, you must be pretty hard-up .

Oh, where are you (or, more important, where is the car)?

You're a bit far for cheap transport, but what parts are left on the 350 and what parts are gone?

I looked at it yesterday, the thing is rough, saw the block w/ intake and heads, he said everything he took off is in the trunk

Those 350-equipped Deltas came with the 12-bolt O-axle,and the guts will swap into a 12-bolt O-axle A-body housing.Sometimes you can find a nice 3:08 posi that way.
The 455-equipped Deltas came with a large 12-bolt,& those guts will not interchange.
If it's a factory 350 car,I might be interested in whatever guts are inside,if you do get a parts car.
