That’s a January 1972 or later harness. It has the seatbelt warning system and you can see the buzzer at the end of the black and green wire. May be of interest to someone doing a 72 restoration with that system. The U21 cars had the seatbelt warning light on the dash and the remaining had it at the bottom of the gas gauge.

Is the ‘70 dash harness for a car with rally pac gauges?

Edit: perhaps it doesn’t matter. The wires on the connector for the gauges can be re-located if it’s a harness for warning lights.

yes-- what Tom said-- wires are easily moved to the correct postion to convert from lights to needle gauges......
