Hi, wow that car has been neglected for a long time. Are you able to post more and bigger pictures? They're coming up very small and a little fuzzy. It looks like it has dual exhaust judging by the LH tailpipe. Can you tell me if it has the correct dual manifolds and the condition of them if so? If you're keeping the motor, you may want these for yourself but figured I'd ask at least.

What color is that dash and steering wheel? Probably silly to ask but is the wheel in good shape? I'd imagine it's not based on the condition of the rest of the car but you never know.

I have a friend with a '74 88 convertible. I'll pass this post on to him and see if he could use anything.

Thank you,
John

I pulled some parts from a '74 Delta convertible a couple years ago & put a ad on Indianapolis craigslist. I get several calls a year from people still finding that ad & looking for parts. Most of them come from Alabama. You might want to put an ad up down there to move some of that stuff.
Good luck.

Would the car, by chance, happen to have a rear sway bar?

I had a feeling on the exhaust. What is the condition of the cornering lights and related wiring and turn signal switch? A friend may be interested in the whole setup. If it's all in good shape, how much would you want for it?

Hi Nick,

The wiring is separate from the main harness. There is a small, 3-wire connector that plugs in at the very end of the harmonica connector on the turn signal switch. This runs through the firewall and connects off the fuse block with the hood lamp and then just runs over the LH fender well to the LH cornering light and then across the radiator support to the RH light.

Start to finish the system includes the turn signal switch, wiring, 2 light assemblies and the small ground straps that go from the light to the header panel mounting nuts. I'll look for the pics and let my friend know to see if he's interested. Even if he doesn't want it, it's worth pulling the whole system because somebody will buy it for sure.

Thanks!
John

Hi,

I know you said you were keeping the exhaust manifolds, but do you plan on using the heat riser/stove parts as well? If not and they come off clean, I could use them.

It appears to be in the same position, without measuring not positive,i can tell you the cable ran close to the fenderwell off the transducer and made 2 tight bends inside going to the speedo.41 inch cable should work for you.Nick
