monaza: I bet you haven't heard many guys tell you that you have a nice rear end?
Good Gawd man! My '67 Delta 88 with 3:08 gears burns enough gas. I can just imagine what my gas millage would be with your rear end!
With that said, I am very tempted to take this hunk of metal off your hands!

Not to hijack the thread but I think you need that hunk of steel too Jay!.. Would be a real kick in the Azz for your boat and would enable it to surprise a lot of the leaner musclecars. Monaz I thought this rear would be a direct bolt in for 65 to 70 B bodies?? However I bought a 1o bolt out of a Pont 65 2+2 and the rear measures different than my 66 Delta rear and lower control arms/shouck mounts are at a different angle...

Hey Jim. Where did you get new 3:55 gears from and can you get more ? How much, just the ring & pinion ? And will these fit a 2:73 geared carrior ?

FYI. I have the 10 bolt cover, 12 bolt carrior, Pontiac rear end in my 73 Vista Cruiser.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess there's no gears like this for the bigger 12 bolt of the same vintage? (The one with the 1.88 pinion shaft)
