'71 CS 350 parts for sale
I have some left over parts and I'd like to start raising funds for my interior. But I'm a little confused as to what is worth buying/selling. I suppose because I know some folks want numbers matching parts. For instance I was told not to pitch my old master cylinder.
All parts were original from my '71 350 CS except the valve cover screws and the DVCS.
Prices do not include shipping but I will charge actual shipping cost.
Shipping out of Lexington Illinois
Valve covers - need cleaned and painted but no dents or warping as far as I can tell - $40

Valve cover screws - chrome - T type - came with my new chrome valve covers and include the triangular tabs. 20 of them.
$20

Air cleaner - broken rubber grommet

Still available. Brand spankin' new with no rust or bends. Maybe light scratching from the the way they were packaged, no buffers between screws. I screwed a few of them into my covers before I installed it back in the bay, just to see what they'd look like.
Let me know.

In case you have a problem with the fancy electronic one.
I bought a F_ord once, and the guy had worked at an AutoZone, so he bolted all kinds of shiny Chinese crap onto the 390, including an MSD billet electronic distributor.
One day I was driving along and the motor just quit.
Checked it out: No spark, good power at the distributor.
Rummaged around the trunk, found the old distributor, stabbed it in, and drove away.
It ran better with the old one, and I never put the electronic one back.
Oh, the alternator should have a number stamped into it, probably by the tab where the adjusting clamp bolt screws in, that will be the output.

No worries Mac,
USPS has never failed me yet.....if you are willing to grab me a quote I will send you my address.
The only negative I have found is packaging the parts first to get the quote to ship. Kind of a negative if the purchaser decides not to buy. That is why I commit to buy usually regardless of the shipping cost....
Let me know when you get the time....

Sammy, I'm so sorry, I sold the DVCS back in June. I really need to pull my head out of me you-know-what. I go back to school in two days
I do have the valve covers though if you want them.

No sir, I sure don't. Sorry about that. I sold a lot of this stuff in June when I was finishing up the car and kinda' lost track.
All I have left are the valve covers, exhaust manifolds (with the bolts stuck in them), and distributor (I think I'll stick with my HEI).

I still have the valve covers, the chrome T type valve cover screws, the exhaust manifolds, an original rear speaker (working and in good shape), and the original distributor.
I'll entertain offers. Buyer pays shipping.
