I posted this yesterday and it got switched to the for sale forum which I couldn't reply to. so I copied and pasted and here is my answer to the last question by 88 coupe. Mondello does not have a shop in FL. I didn't say he built it. I should have worded it differently. All parts are from Mondello and if you talk to Lynn or Joe and tell them I Gary Lima built it he will vouch for me. and ask him about my 72 olds cutlass that ran faster then they did in NJ in 2000
9.54 @ 129 with stock cast iron heads one carb no nitrous which I no longer have. The fastest run was in NE 9.3 @ 134! I've been associating with Mondello since the 80's and built many Olds engines and other engines. this is a great deal for someone who wants to get into this caliber of an engine.

new 468 long block steel 425 crank lighten & knife weights machined for bb chevy rod journal for less wear & high rpm aluminum Mondello rods probe racing pistons zgtf rings machined filed over 700 lift roller cam,lifter & rockers 3/8" restricted pushrods & guide plates true roller timing chain ported heads 100 long undercut 2.07 I 1.7 E mondello valves block has been line honed oil restrictors,roller bearing thrust washer installed, decked, bored & honed with torque plate studed mains with straps, studded heads and more over 12,000.00 invested 7500.00 takes it. call Gary @ 508-802-7571 or 321-507-4270 located in FL.

Block decked = What is the new deck height?
Cam specs?
Iron or aluminum heads? Manufacturer?
When did Mondello open a shop in Florida?
