Split Timing Cover

Split Timing Cover
There's two ways we can work this:
1) I can use your timing cover if it is in good shape for $40.
2) If you don't have a good usable core the price is $60. Every core cover that I have does have some minor pitting near water jackets and under the water pump. This will not effect the sealing of the cover.
Shipping is $5 to anywhere in the continental US. If you need one faster, and want to pay more for shipping that can be done to.
Here's what is involved-
1) Strip with 36 grit green abrasive on die grinder.
2) Smooth and remove fish eyes with 80 grit brown Roloc.
3) Remove seal/ any remaining gasket material.
4) Bead blast
5) Lay out & cut cover
6) Smooth edges after cutting
7) Lay out and fabricate backing piece of metal
8 Prefit/ drill and shape backing
9) Weld backing
10) Grind welds and check clearances
11) Clean with laquer thinner and apply self etching primer
12) Apply Cast Blast paint. Cover should be painted to match engine.
Please PM me if your interested or have any questions.
