I've got lots of heads in Oregon. What part of the country are you located in? If your not near the West Coast try posting an ad on realoldspower.com for additional coverage. John

I've got C, E, G, Ga heads that are available. If you can't find something closer get back to me and we can check the shipping. I'm afraid it would be pretty expensive. Also, 442.com is another Olds web site that has free parts wanted ads. John

Heads

Where in Upstate are you located. I will be headed home to the Albany area around the holidays and I can bring a pair of "C" heads with me. They are not correct for that car, but have been told they are one of the better ones for Hi perf application.

PM me if interested.

John

Heads

Depends, if you want the factory 2.00 valve heads that would be $125 a set complete. Factory big valve, 2.07 would be $200 complete, plus shipping on both. If your going to rework them the small valve would save you a few dollars as you could cut it out for 2.07's. If you wanted just bare heads take $25 off the price and I'll strip them down. This would include a visual check for cracks, if you wanted them magged before shipping I can do that if you'd re-emburse the costs. Seattle is still a ways off, but I could ship them to the address you'll be at. The price of gas you probably wouldn't want to drive this far, but I also have complete engines, 330,350,403,425 and 455's. I'll admit, I've been collecting more than putting together for the last decade and it's time to move some parts and project cars to focus on the ones I really want to rebuild. Let me know if you'd like to see photos of anything. John

"G" heads with the 409100 casting number would be the correct heads for a 71 442(non W-30). If you are going to change your heads out, I would suggest trying to find the correct castings for your car because it looks like it has not been messed with when someone looks at it to buy or check its' originality, again, just a suggestion.
