Funny I don't remember you even having one build posted in that forum let alone two. So why don't you do like Copper said in a thread. Go rub one out!!

I think that I tried talking you out of yours..... with no luck

What is that, must be at least a 11.2" block? How many inches? As long as I'm asking questions, what is it going in, and what are the HP/Torque #'s ?

Tall deck Merlin, 607”, low compression pump has Marine engine. So it has to run on what’s available on the lake. Like 91 regular

around 800hp

ill post a pic of the water jacketed stainless headers

Not a single part from Chevy on it,,lots of Olds parts #'s though

i think the Damper, hyd roller lifters, main and rod bearings and the timing gears but not the chain are the parts that could swap over to a BBC? 4.90" bore centers

This one looks good as well........as you might know I prefer production engine based builds, such as that 307, and these are really Oldsmobiles, that aftermarket engine has nothing to do with an Oldsmobile.

Sure…but most are not worth talking about because they are just warmed over builds for restored cars.

I’ll post one you may find interesting, but it will have to go in the other engine section because it’s a chebby

I used gen 1 sbc heads and intake on a gen 2 LT1

bs 4.90” with stock bbc rod and main bearings like I said. I’ll get the tunnel specs but it was larger than bbc and raised.
