I look at it this way: if you yank the Olds block and heads, you now have a better optioned, cheaper Chevelle.
If you look around, people are going nuts with swaps. You can hardly throw a rock without hitting a turbo LS, but there's all kinds of funky stuff going on with Hellcrates, 2JZs, Honda Ks, etc....
There's a difference between being a marque enthusiast and just wanting to go fast. There are places for that kind of stuff, and it's not why I'm here.
