Emissions tag code help!

Emissions tag code help!
I am trying to find an emissions tag, there seems to be two different ones coming up but I don't understand the codes one says OD, the other says OC, what do they mean?
My car is a 78 and originally had a 305, it's code was A4 but I am putting in a 1974 olds 350
